Pedestrian reflector pendants

This is a pedestrian reflector pendant for use in dark periods when walking in car-traffic areas.

We live in a suburb where everyone walks on the streets where car traffic is present. As a driver I have been scared many times when I noticed a person (who is usually one of my neighbours) at the last moment and pass a few tenths centimetres by.

Pedestrians think that drivers see them if they can see the car. And they are absolutely wrong!

So I have bought on eBay some reflective sticker tape and decided to make some reflector-pendants to give away to pedestrians if I see them in the dark times on the street and if they are dressed invisibly to drivers.
