I modeled these for a past project. McMaster-Carr didn't have downloads. Hooks include McMaster #'s 18535A11 Pegboard Fixture Single-Rod, 2 18535A34 Pegboard Fixture 9-32 dia Rings 18535A55 Pegboard Fixture - Plier And the Inventor Pegboard should be a template to adjust to whatever size you need.
