These bushings are used to adapt standard pegboard hooks to the 1/4" hole in wall control panels. Without them, pegboard hooks will swing freely and fall out. The insert side has a small retaining feature that prevents these bushings from falling out. Feed the pegboard hook through the bushing and then snap the bushing into the 1/4" hole.
