Front panel for a diy bluetooth speaker using this amplifier "TPA3116 Bluetooth 5.0 Digital Power 50W Audio Amplifier Board Accessories"
Amp: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/HIFI-5-0-Bluetooth-Amplifier-Board-Wireless-Audio-Digital-Power-50W-x2-TPA3116D2/133152065835?hash=item1f007b492b:m:m4boMTV3wXViaZncQt6HkDQ
i power mine off a 4s or 6s li-po battery. it runs off a wide range of voltages.
im using 6X9 pioneer car speakers, 4 ohms, 40w nominal.
The acrylic back panel from the amp glues to my printed part to give support. you could also remove the pot and aux jack and mount the amp somewhere else
ive kept the foam inside the case to prevent unwanted reflections
it uses m3 hardware to mount to the case. the center holes get too close to the amp board to use, i recommend remote mounting the amp
ive added a volt meter and usb charger to keep track of the battery, it doesnt matter which one you use.
the switch is something like this, ive added the step and 123d f
