this was made as a replacement for a pella screen, the part is discontinued.
i printed it using ABS
i used supports only on the body of the roller
not on wheels or screws
the screws slide into eachother but may need to be sanded down lighly for tight fit.
the whole unit is than hot glued into the aluminum rod
