Pen holder circular base version C

I was inspired to begin designing this piece by a recent video of Arrimus 3D's showing his modelling workflow for a pen holder or pen holder circular base which I wanted to try and re-create in CAD before modifying it to give it a distinctive, interesting look and add some more visual complexity by way of additional extrusions and material removal. This version differs significantly from version A and B. 2 planes of symmetry.
