Pen Holder for Quick Change Tool

I made a pen holder for my [own quick tool change system](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5226203).
The design of [umer3d](https://www.thingiverse.com/umer3d) was the best I could find but it had the same problem as most other designs here: they are made for too small pens!!! Seriously none of them can hold a Sharpie. Nevermind the explanation and the tool for pen plotting are really awesome and helped me a lot!!!

So I scaled the design up a little, made the whole base smaler ( I don´t see why it had to be that big) and added the base of my quick tool design for i3 like printers.
