Pencil Dispenser/Holder.

This is a pencil dispenser. It is designed to hold a lot of pencils for a office, teacher, basically what ever you want to use it for. You will need super glue to hold the knobs to the spline. You may need to sand Knobs for right fit with 220 sand paper. Since it is so large you may want to put glue on the bed.
