Pendant Diffuser for felt pads

This is a small pendant I designed for the felt pads my son has.
The felt pads are 15mm diameter circles that are about 3.2mm thick.

V2: removed fillet, added brim around inside for easier removal, increased thickness of grommet?

I printed this with a new petg profile and the inside piece doesn't fit.
please scale the outside up or the inside down a few %
