Pendulum

I wanted to add a motor to the design so that I didn't need to wind the weight repeatedly.

I created a housing for a standard Arduino 28BYJ-48 stepper motor that clips into the back of the existing structure. I also created a couple of shaft extenders.

I used fishing line to connect between the two, because an escapement needs slight elasticity. I tried using gears but the were too rigid and prevented the mechanism from turning.
