Pentair Chlorinator Cap

My Pentair Chlorinator cap always takes a board between the tabs to get it open. I decided to print a cap that I can mount a 1 1/2 inch board that will give me the torque needed to take it on and off.

I used to have to replace the O-rings every year but about 10 years ago I cut a piece of 1/4 inch rubber to fit in the top and it has held up to this day. It also keeps any chlorine from
contacting the cap.

I use ABS on all my pool stuff with great luck. They might discolor slightly but my Polaris pool parts have held up well. I suggest printing this from ABS.
