Pentair Compool LX Compatible Hinge Pivot

This is a replacement for the Pentair/Compool LX and 3800 series pool control box hinges. These have gotten hard to find, and there are pool replacement part companies charging as much as $40 EACH for one of these hinges.

This was clean-room designed from scratch, and matches all the required parameters to be a direct-swap replacement for a broken internal hinge for the outside control box. This part is also known as an LX, LX100, Power Center Bottom Hinge Pin for LX System Pivot Socket.

Make sure you print this in the strongest direction possible for your printer. I have found that printing this with the button facing DOWN and using supports results in the strongest possible print for the hinge.

For the best longevity of the part, you should print this from ABS -- but if you can't or don't have ABS, try ASA, and even PLA+ will work in a pinch.
