Pentominos originally consist of 5 squares each. In these puzzles, however, they consist of 5 cubes each. This allows you to build both 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional figures.
There are 3 different boxes available:
The 3x4x5 box uses the 12 pentominos. This puzzle is the most difficult one, although it has 3940 different solutions.
For the 1x8x8 box, the O-tetromino is needed in addition to the 12 pentominos.
For the 1x5x5 box, only 5 pentominos are needed. For example, you can use the I, Y, U, P and L pentominoes.
Besides the shapes shown above, there are many more shapes you can build with the pentominos.
