It's an xt60 holder for the back of the peon230s top plate. There are 2 versions one with a zip tie hole to strap down the cables from the connector and one without.
The model is mad to connect to the peon230 frame with 3 m3 screws and nuts but will work with a zip tie thru the 2 front holes.
