Just a simple funnel to get peppercorns into the pepper mill without going all over the counter and floor. The structure in the bottom needs supports; but after thinking about it it probably is not needed. I included the Fusion 360 file so you can make it fit your peppermill and make any changes to the design. The OD where it goes into the mill is 31mm (1.22 in).
