Perfect Sphere Candle Mold 🕯️✨

YOUTUBE VIDEO We designed a modular sphere candle mold that’s easy to print, easy to assemble, and gives you beautifully smooth spherical candles. All parts are support-free and optimized for clean, reliable printing. No supports needed. No complicated post-processing. The mold is made of interlocking blocks — everything snaps together with a clever fit system, no screws required. For our prints, we used PETG for better heat resistance and durability. However, it can also be printed in PLA if you prefer (just make sure to pour the wax at a safe temperature). We tested it using paraffin wax, poured directly into the assembled mold — and the result is a perfectly smooth, clean sphere candle. 📏 Available Sizes The mold is available in 6 different sphere diameters, so you can create small decorative candles or larger statement pieces. 🔧 3 Tolerance Versions per Size For each size, you’ll find 3 different block versions, each with a different tolerance level: Version I → low tolerance (tighter fit) Version II → medium tolerance (balanced fit) Version III → high tolerance (looser fit) This allows you to choose the perfect fit depending on: your printer calibration your material your personal preference If your parts feel too tight, simply try a higher tolerance version.
