This bag clip thing is fully customizable, including the text message. To create your own, open here in the customizer and adjust as needed.

I printed with PLA, no support, 0.2mm. Depending on the tolerance of your printer, you may want to increase pivot_hspace or pivot_vspace if the pivot doesn't rotate freely.

The model includes an anti 'elephant foot' features which insets the first layer to compensate for first layer 'smashing'. This prevents stuck pivot.
