Would suggest abs or petg for frame and transparent clear filament for the flap.
6 - 6g x 3/4 csk screws s/s , slot is for 5 or 6mm spline to hold flyscreen, small rare earth magnet 15mm x6mm in base of frame and a small 3mm piece of steel in the flap
