Nozzle using a plastic bottle cap
After using the pet nozzle (Ver.1　※1) for a while, the nozzle peeled off and fell off.
We created a bolt-type nozzle with durability in mind.

Due to the design of my 3D printer, I couldn't print a 1.4mm hole exactly as I intended. The actual hole made is approximately 0.8mm (hole the thickness of a sewing needle)

Drill a hole of about 12mm in the cap of a plastic bottle and attach the printed nozzle with instant adhesive (for plastic/PP, PE compatible) (effective to prevent liquid leakage)
It is best to wrap sealing tape around the threads.

A layer pitch of 0.1mm is recommended.
