Phalanx Shield 1.0

Designed this shield with inspiration from the Geara Doga shield from Char's Counterattack, and the Grimgerde's shield from Iron Blooded Orphans.Initially it was only a one-piece design but I was recommended to make it a rotatable hinge design, the rotatable design was an afterthought so the dimensions will be off compared to the one-piece design.
