Phanteks Evolv Shift 2 GPU bracket for PCIE 5.0 riser

For Phanteks Evolv Shift 2 PC case. Case comes with a low-speed PCIE riser that supports Gen 3 speeds, so to support faster PCIE bus speeds a new riser cable was required.

4.9mm holes require [#6-32 1/4 thread inserts](https://a.co/d/2OPzAmG) - for use full size PC case screws.
4.0mm holes require [M3 x 5.7mm thread inserts](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09TNK8GD6) - for use with smaller PC case screws, these hold the riser card in place.

Screw holes (M3) are left in the top for optional attachment pieces to cover the large holes this case leaves either side of the GPU card - I'm always afraid of dropping something metal down there when plugging stuff in .
