I was trying to go for a more faithful early aircraft design with real wing components like Clark Y airfoil for main wing, NACA 0010 airfoils for stabilizers, spars, ribs and D boxes and specifically designed this with FDM manufacturing in mind where parts are printed flat and specifically set to accommodate both .4mm and .6mm nozzles with the Tail Boom, Body and Nose being the only things that need supports.
Another aspect and personal design constraint was keeping parts all around 200mm for compatibility with a wide range of printers and a separate nose module for cg tuning and future modularity. This size design constraint made the whole build a bit hard to work in a flying context but after tons of research and math I got close I think although I haven't had a chance to make and test it.
The main wing ribs are internally spaced 54.5mm starting from the outside, the horizontal stabilizers are spaced 34mm from the outside and the vertical stabilizer is spaced 52mm apart from the outs
