Phase 10 Card Box (Remixed)

Simple remix of chmeee's excellent Uno Card box.

I changed the oval cut out (matches Uno card logo) into a rectangle to fit the Phase 10 cards logo.

Same printing as chmeee's box:
2 perimeters
2-3 top/bottom layers
15%-20% infill

Note: Rotate the top of the box so that the flat side is on the print bed before printing.
