Using the simple tiara base, I attached the sun rays and stars to the top portion of the tiara. They are modeled after the accents of the Philippine Flag. I wanted to create a basic example of what can be done with the tiara base. Sized for 170 L x 150 W head. Please resize accordingly. Carefully remove the supports on the stars, they are prone to breaking.
