It is recommended to print this model in PETG or another semi flexible filament to avoid parts breaking. Designed for the Philips Sonicare 5300 and 5500 models. Other Sonicare models may share the same form factor and will therefore fit as well. Feel free to experiment and share your findings in the comments. There a two versions, a standard version that fits models up to 156 mm in length and a long version that fits models up to 164 mm in length – measurements not including the metal tip. 23-12-2025v2 has had minor changes that add flexibility and strengthen common failure points.An extended version has also been added to accommodate models up to 164 mm in length not including the metal tip. 03-03-2026The long version has been updated so it now actually fits models up to 164 mm. A mistake had been made in the earlier model so it still only fit models 156 mm in length.
