To achieve a perfect tolerance of 0.2 mm and make the emblem snap into place in the phone stand, you should use the same print settings as for the stand itself.I wanted to achieve more detail in the emblem and therefore used different settings. As a result, the emblem fit into the stand without any issues, but it wasn’t tight enough and needed a small drop of super glue to stay in place properly.The settings I used for the emblem were:Layer height: 0.16 mmWalls: 2Infill: 15%Bottom layers: 4You can use my second profile, which is for the emblem only, with the following settings.
