I've been using a quite similar model for the last two years, I coudn't find it anymore so I made a new one.
This model is 12cm diameter you can resize it to 11cm if you don't use case/cover on your phone/tablet.
It is called "Phone Stand Blue" to make it easier to find, you can print it the colour you want of course.
