Phone Tripod Mount

I originally printed the model I remixed this from but the threads would split so I added a nut and bolt instead. M4 16mm bolt and two M4 nuts are required. It has a thread at the bottom that screws onto a standard tripod screw. I didn't have any inserts but after testing the printed threads it's on there pretty good so inserts are not needed.
