I recently got a Phrozen Sonic Mini 4K and have read a bunch of people brought up that the screen/glass sits higher than the surrounding frame. Their original instructions was to build up tape around the screen and then span the distance with really thin tape.
I took a different approach.
I got the trusty calipers out and measured the height difference between the two surfaces and designed a spacer that goes in that place. This is that spacer.
I would strongly suggest using really really thin tape to hold the spacer both to the screen and the base frame/plate. And try to not overlap any tape used. I used RC aircraft control surface tape. Its extremely strong, light-weight, and thin.
Feel free to "scale" this vertically to your own printer's needs. This exact height might not work for your printer. I only have the 1 Mini 4K to test the height of.
