PHY6 Chassis Table MK1

This 12'x4'x2.5' chassis table was designed for creating a tube frame chassis for a project car. It is made from commonly available I beams and can be stick or MIG welded. I made a multi part youtube playlist showing the design and construction. I used the 3 point method from the Eastwood Chassis Table videos. I painted it Magick Holland Blue from Tractor Supply, with hardener. The table is mobile using ebay swivel casters in the middle and has adjustable feet on the ends to stabilize and level it. Starrett adhesive metal measuring tapes were applied to allow alignment and measurement of the car chassis and fixtures. Additional plates were added later to support wheel and tire mock ups.
