Pi 0 with 128x64 oled

I noticed this was posted a while ago and he never did the other variants so I tried my best :)

edit -- update after getting it off the printer the peg holes were misaligned and will be updating the file with machine screw holes instead. 9-1-2021

edit -- I have now updated it with the latest revision and am currently printing the model. We shall see if I got all my measurements correct. I do plan on adding internal cable management. 9-2-21
