pi 4 case for desktopi

I essentially just modified the hdmi section to accomodate the micro hdmi ports of the pi 4
edit: Upgraded my poor man's edit into a proper good looking pi 4 edit
fixed various issues by basing it directly off the pi 4 instead of off of pi 4 cases
frame has been altered to fit the pi 4 because ethernet has been moved to the opposite side
