It's a Pi Cam mount on a box.
I took the case from the pi cam here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2886101
(P2_Housing_Back / P2_Housing_Front)
And I modeled the "articulated arms" in order to position the Pi Cam as desired!
You need M3 screws for articulated arms and wood screws for fixing on your box
