pi juice zero case for UPS

Built on the original to support the PiJuice Zero on Raspberry Pi, I wanted to enclose the battery in the case. I evolved this in stages:

1. Covered all but the charging ports with 0.75mm (which can be punched out, in the future, if desired).
2. Increased the depth of the case to accommodate the battery (after unfolding the battery)
3. In order not to risk damaging the battery, I lengthened the case and lid
