a remix of @russross raspberry pi 4 1u rack-mount bracket project.
since i don't have enough pi's to fill the rack, i decided to make use of the available bays by turning them into "patch panels". accepts "standard" (as in, stuff that i purchased from amazon) ethernet keystones.
i've found best results by printing it face down with supports to printer bed only.
