Print with supports.
Make sure to remove all supports in order to fit the Pi Zero properly.
NOTE: This case will only work with a 'Thin' version of Pi Zero with E-Ink display. The Pi Zero's pins do not have the plastic separator and are flush with the E-Ink display (Refer to images)
Recommend using the InkyPHAT E-ink display.
