Here's a case for use with the Pi Zero Official Case lids.
I wanted to make use of these spare lids for the official Pi Zero case, so here's a fancy case that fits the lids. The lid just snaps on and the fit is really close to the original.
There's no SD-card slot but feel free to remix it or ask if you'd like a hole for the SD-card slot, since it can be awkard to get the Pi out otherwise to change the card.
Printing at 0.2mm layer height is fine, but using adaptive layer height will give a slightly closer fit.
No supports required for printing, there should be enough space for most Micro-USB and Mini-HDMI cables to fit even with some sagging on the top of the ports.
