This is my first edit (quick and dirty).

I added:
>a cutout above the USB OTG port for a PCM5102's 3.5 mm audio jack,
>cutout for a 0.96" OLED display on the cover,
>cutout for a three-button board on the cover next to the display.

I plan on using this with Volumio as a device for playing FLAC files portably.
