Made this mounting plate, it's 75mm x 100mm, 5mm thick with 1.5mm standoffs aligned to mount a Pi3 with some clearance on the side and end for connectors. Should be easy to upload it into Tinkercad and make whatever you want by adding pieces to it.
I used simple 3mm through holes, use long bolts and nuts to mount, or you could heat set some threaded inserts into it. Could also of course adjust the holes smaller and tap them.
Redrew model for 3mm standoffs. Clips and leads on bottom of the USB and Ethernet ports hit the plate before the standoffs contacted the board with 1.5mm. Leaving 1.5mm version up in case anyone wants it for anything. A relief cut into the flat plate could leave room for the connectors. 3mm version is untested but confirm that 1.5mm version doesn't work with my Pi2.
