Pic Link (Picatinny ModButton Cable Management)

Picatinny insert for ModButton cable management.
This snaps into a single Pic slot and lets you route the cable through the C-clip so it rides above the rail instead of beside the rail. I designed it this way so a C-clamp / thumb-over-bore grip doesn’t put your fingers onto the wire.

Fits a standard 1913 Picatinny slot

Cable clip sized for ~0.14" (≈4.4 mm) OD cable

“Set and forget” – meant to stay on the rail

Independent piece – no screws or hardware

As always with printed gun parts, check fit and function carefully and make sure it doesn’t interfere with optics, irons, or weapon operation.



Print Settings:

Orientation: Flat on its side so the C-clip opens across the layer lines
(cable snaps in without delaminating layers)

Layer height: 0.20 mm

Walls / perimeters: 2-3 (inner wall line width ~0.25 mm)

Infill: 90%

Supports: None

Material: PETG / ASA / nylon recommended for regular use; PLA/PLA+ is fine for test fits.
