Inspired from this : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3474685,
but easyer to install with spare parts of prusa MK2 (shorter screw needed), and the picam is not moving into the case when printer is moving fast.
I also add a cable holder under the arm.
edit 21/10/2019 : M3 nut hole added on picam case and arm. (easy to print without supports) : files named XXXX_nut
