Picatinny (MMS) Locker

Stick this in your Picatinny mounts to have a quick access attachment. Flip the lever to lock/unlock.
STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS. I HAVE NOT TESTED THIS YET.

I am well aware I am using a Picatinny rail for the MMS gear. What makes this a "System" is the specific measurements for different things. Crates will (usually) have incompatible measurements with "everyday" items. Firearms accessories will (again, usually) only fit other firearm accessories. Exceptions to this might be the ability to attach ammo holders to crates, for example.
