Heres a case I designed for the PicoNES PCB. Uses software for the Pico to emulate a NES. Information, software and PCB files are here: https://github.com/fhoedemakers/pico-infonesPlus This case fits around the PCB with everything apart from the SNES controller port. The SD and HDMI breakout boards are not soldered flush but with pin header between (its about 2.5mm), the Pico is soldered flush, I personally used an aftermarket USBC version but this should be fine with a MicroUSB version too. You'll need 4x m3 countersunk bolts to screw, 12mm minimum.
