I ran out of metal D rings and decided to make this one with a print in place ring. just needs a very small amount of supports (i used slim tree supports, they popped off easy!) and a little gentle wiggling back and forth will loosen the ring and it will then be able to move. You won't need much movement anyway but it's there if you do. Uses a simple brass screw or whatever you have laying around that is 3.5mm (~1/8"+) or so on the major thread diameter. Boost MeIf you love this, please consider boosting :) I used like 4 walls and .12mm layer height but idk if it matters all that much on layer height. I printed mine in PETG, but I'm sure PLA would work too. Just don't hang anything too too heavy. Personally I would only use this for canvas paintings as they're relatively light and have no glass to shatter if it falls. There is a supportless version if you don't feel like messing with supports, may need a brim or good first layer adhesion though.
