This is a pastry cutter for a pie maker.

Originally designed for the Sunbean PieMaker 4, however I expect that it can work for other pie makers as well.

V2:
One side cuts a pastry ring with diameter 120mm, the other 150mm. The larger diameter is for the base, the smaller one for the lid. This cutter does not cut into the base so as to minimise any leakage.

V3:
The updated version now cuts a diameter of 104mm for the lid and 125mm for the base which looks to be better for the sunbeam Pie Magic 4 (untested). I've also made this version with ribs for cutting into the pastry, to make it easier to put it into the pie maker.

The ribs are providing a bit additional stability and the edges are intentionally not overly sharp, to make printing easier.

Please consider using a food-safe material for printing.
