So this was a fairly quick project, to replace the original PiFinder (https://www.pifinder.io) tilt adjuster design that utilizes small (M2.5) screws with a single M5 SHCS (It's the size I had on hand at the time but could easily be reduced down to an M3 or M4.)
The use of a SHCS was so that an extension knob can be used to make tilt adjustments more easily achieved and without the need for an external tool. The fasteners hex pattern provides for keying the extension knob to the fastener without any need for adhesive...it's a light press fit.
Three parts to be printed, one fastener and a matching heat press insert, simple!
