Pig Head Box — Multi-Color Lid A two-piece pig head storage box with a multi-color lid featuring black eyes and nose. The lid fits over the base with a snug friction fit — no supports needed on either piece. WHAT'S INCLUDED Two objects on the plate — the box base and the pig head lid. Print them together or separately. FILAMENT Two colors required. Extruder 1 = pink (or your choice of body color), Extruder 2 = black for the eyes and nose. The base prints in a single color. PRINT SETTINGS • Layer height: 0.2mm • Walls: 4 • Top/bottom layers: 5 • Infill: 20% (gyroid or grid) • Supports: None required • Print speed: 50mm/s or slower recommended for the lid — the taper near the ears benefits from slower perimeter speed for clean overhangs Both pieces print flat-side down exactly as placed on the plate. FIT The lid drops over the outside of the base and catches on a small lip around the top edge. If the fit is too tight or too loose, scale the lid slightly in X and Y only (not Z) — try 99% or 101% to dial it in for your printer. WHAT FITS INSIDE The interior is approximately 75mm x 65mm and 32mm deep — good for small parts, jewelry, candy, tokens, keepsakes, or anything else that deserves a pig-shaped home. TIPS → Print the lid at a slightly lower temperature if you see any stringing around the ears — the solid geometry keeps it minimal but a cooler nozzle helps. → Fan at 100% for the lid gives the cleanest overhangs. → This model is multi-color ready out of the box for AMS or similar systems — just assign your colors in the slicer before slicing.
