After trying multiple designs of PiKVM cases, I was frustrated with most of them, so decided to make my own
This is my design for a piKVM case to hold the Raspberry Pi 4B with additional spaces for both the BliCube USB Power splitter and the C790 HDMI CSI interface, with sufficient space for the ribbon cable not to be crushed when the lid is closed
It includes a cutout to allow the USB-C cable to reach from the splitter to the power port of the Pi, another in the base to allow easy access to the microSD card, as well as a cutout in the lid to allow access to the GPIO headers, as I use them to connect an IR Transmitter that I then use to control a KVM box.
There is a hole for an M3 countersunk screw to hold the two halves together, and some supports to hold the Pi in place when the lid is closed, along with some guides to ensure the lid is in the correct place.
It should print with no supports in only a few hours.
I may make some modifications to ensure things fit tighter.
