PiKVM case with optional OLED 128x64

Liked the [PI-kvm v2 case](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4916230), but had problems to fit the cables with heatsinks.

Generated a H25 Top from [Malolo's case](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3723561) and integrated the HDMI to CSI interface from [PI-kvm v2 case](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4916230) and an OLED 128x64 cutout from [PiKVM case (LCD+ATX)](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4862304).

You can use any bottom case from [Malolo's case](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3723561).
