-added support for nubs
Slightly Improved version of pill box organizer by *Alex Bilger*.
I've added name of days to colomns, modifed size of cells (now length and height set the inner size).
Box and lid can be selected in parameters or box and lid can be printed together. When created customized version - all parts created by customizer.
Also I've improved the form of container and added clips to organizer.
